The error "Access is denied" can occur when opening MS Office 2007 templates (*.xlt, *.xltx, *.dot, *.dotx) from the PowerUser (or TeamWork) running on Windows Vista when User Account Control (UAC) is enabled. The error occurs when opening the files by double-clicking or with the Open in Application toolbutton, but not with the document shortcut menu.
